Your treatment plan will be unique and your costs will be outlined clearly before we start.

All sessions are by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored
- 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule and have appropriate practioners on staff. If you are not able to cancel the day prior to your appointment a $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
- No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged a $35 fee for their “missed” appointment.

Massage/Bodywork Treatments
A Super Bill can be provided if you have an insurance plan for “out of network” coverage for massage therapy services or if you have a medical credit card with funds
Acupuncture Treatments
A Super Bill is provided for insurance reimbursement for “out of network” acupuncture benefits.
*Please call your insurance to check your “out of network” acupuncture benefits prior to your visit. Payment will be due at time of visit for all appointments.
