Holistic Yoga and Core Strengthening
Proper movement and breath work is essential to re-engage the mind and body’s connection for optimal function. Our yoga and core classes focus on the release of unhealthy holding patterns, muscle re-education, engage core stability and reset of the nervous system in order for the body to self-correct at a natural level. Bringing these components into your wellness care will help you thrive where you’re at in your health journey.

Class Schedules
Yoga: Enhance your inner awareness with postural alignment and balance infused with controlled breathing techniques to reset your nervous system.
- Tuesdays 5 pm
- Thursdays 9:30 am
Chair Yoga: A gentle approach to stretching beneficial for people with mobility issues, injuries or older adults.
- Tuesdays 4 pm
Core Strengthening: Re-engage and fine tune your core with mindful breath work and strengthening of the pelvic floor, deep stabilizers in the back and abdominal region.
- Mondays 5:30 pm
