As a Myofascial Release and Functional Mobilization Therapist I get to see how clients workload, injuries, surgeries, holding patterns, stress, etc… slowly change their body causing dysfunction and damage.  Personally, I suffer from these elements as well and the best thing I can do daily is RE-SET my body and fascial system.

Complete Body Wellness instructors will zone in on your specific issues at each class ranging from beginners to advance techniques.
